What to expect

Via Case Sparse Roma
You will take a journey through history and viticulture. You will be guided through the terraced vineyards of the winery, where you will learn about the suitability of the land, the importance of biodiversity for the production of organic wine and the naturalistic components that surround the company, while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding area . The visit continues in the cellar, precisely in the barrel cellar where you will learn the art of making wine, the more detailed methodologies and the peculiarities of aging in wood.
Finally, it will be time for the sensorial tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by a platter of typical local cured meats and cheeses and some baked appetizers.
